Kim is KPMG’s global IFRS employee benefits leader. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development of KPMG’s guidance on employee benefit arrangements, including share-based payments, helping to promote global consistency. Kim is a partner in the Department of Professional Practice of KPMG in Australia, where she also takes a leading role developing guidance on employee benefits matters, as well as on revenue and tax accounting, and financial reporting.
