Mr. Harald v. Heynitz

From 1995 until 1998 Harald worked in New York where he audited subsidiaries of major German companies (Siemens, BMW, Bertelsmann et al.) Harald acted as Auditor and Advisor mainly for Siemens since he returned from the US in 1998: He led the US GAAP conversion project which ended with Siemens’ listing on the NYSE´. From 2001 until 2004 Harald was the Lead Audit Partner on Siemens. In 2005 he led the IFRS conversion project and is since 2006 the Global Lead Partner Siemens.Harald acted as Partner in Charge of the Audit Function in Southern Germany leading approx. 300 auditors from 2004 until 2007. From 2002 until 2005 Harald run KPMG’s global sector Industrial and Automotive Products. From 2009 until 2011 he acted as account executive for Linde AG and as reviewing partner for ThyssenKrupp. He was member of the KPMG Europe LLP Board from 2007 until 2012. Currently he is Global Lead Partner for Airbus Group, Linde and Siemens.
