Cassandra Hogan joined KPMG in 2007, following a 16-year career in the Power and Utilities Sector where she worked in varied leadership roles across multiple divisions. Since joining KPMG, Cassandra has leveraged her unparalleled breadth of experience in the utilities sector to shape and guide the transformation programs of her clients. She is a passionate advocate for the self-empowerment of her clients, and has become a valued advisor through her ability to help leadership team’s work more productively together to deliver customer value. Her significant experience working in the utilities industry has allowed Cassandra to work with many advisory teams as both a client and a consultant. She cites the ability to listen as one of the most valuable skills an external advisor can possess in order to truly understand the problems her clients are facing. As National Sector Lead for Power and Utilities, Cassandra brings a whole of firm perspective to bear on problems, aware that technical solutions are only as good as their ability to be implemented. In her spare time, Cassandra loves nothing better than playing water polo or soccer with one of her three boys, or exploring the harbor foreshore, or catching up on a good book.
