Paul Glendenning

Paul is an Director with over 17 years’ audit and accounting experience and has been part of the leadership team in Aberdeen since 2010. He has significant experience leading a broad range of clients from SMEs and family businesses to FTSE 250, AIM and large multinational groups. Paul has extensive sector expertise in Oilfield Services, supporting a wide range of clients from start-up, throughout all stages of the lifecycle and overseas expansion, to large international groups. He has worked closely with fast growing groups and PE backed entities to raise finance, benchmark and enhance controls, implement robust accounting policies and perform IT reviews to enhance IT control environments. He also has broad sector experience in Building and Construction, Food and Drink and Industrial Manufacturing. Paul works with clients reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP and has supported clients through GAAP transitions. He also has experience supporting clients who are preparing for exit and IPO processes. His approach is underpinned by regular contact and pragmatic support
