Susan Ferrier

Susan was appointed the Global Head of People, Performance and Culture in October 2017. She is a member of the KPMG Global Management Team and is currently based in Sydney, Australia. With over 30 years international experience working with Boards and C-suite executives in large global organizations in the financial and professional service sectors, she has worked extensively in all major regions in the world and lived in the UK, Europe and Australia. Leading large-scale complex organizational culture change and building high performance organizations has been a hallmark of Susan's career. She combines her broad business knowledge and commercial acumen to ensure that the potential of people are maximized, and central to delivering business results. Susan began her career at KPMG in 2011 when she was appointed as Head of People in Australia. During her six and a half years in this role, Susan defined the People & Culture strategy that supported the growth agenda of the Australian firm. Susan is a passionate advocate for gender equality and indigenous issues, has served as a Board Director on the Royal Hospital for Woman Foundation and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Susan is married with four children.
