KPMG in China
Mr. Fung’s primary focus is in serving clients in the technology, media and telecommunications space. He is actively involved in guiding clients through regulatory hot topics and accounting matters during the pre-IPO stage, to allow clients to succeed in IPO projects. He handles US GAAP audits of SEC foreign registrants and subsidiaries of US domestic registrants, as well as assists various companies to obtain listing in the Stock Exchange of HK and filing documents for capital related transactions. Lyndon is also involved with the KPMG Innovative Startup Centre, based in Beijing, whose objective is to provide a one-stop service for start-up companies to accelerate their growth in the ecosystem. He has a strong interest in running start-ups competitions and has done so in Canada and in China. Mr. Fung started off his career with KPMG in Canada, at their Toronto location and moved to Beijing, China in 2010. With a broad understanding of both cultures, this experience allows him to provide a broader and insightful perspective for Chinese entities investing abroad, and for international companies investing into China.
