Ms Beccy Fenton

Beccy is a partner in the management consulting healthcare team. Beccy leads our most complex health and social care transformation programmes (called Care System Redesign or CSR) working with the NHS, local authorities and the private sector. She works closely with the KPMG global CSR teams from across the world to share best practise, bring innovation to the NHS and develop new thought leadership pieces that address current client issues. Beccy also does work to improve the operational performance in acute and mental health Trusts adopting Lean principles to improve quality and reduce cost. Beccy worked in the NHS as an executive director for over 14 years before she joined KPMG. During her time in the NHS she led the first ever NHS M&A project where Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (turnover £850m and 10,000 staff) acquired the local failing hospital Good Hope. Beccy led the subsequent successful turnaround. In 2010 Beccy was asked by the NHS Regulators to support the turnaround at the infamous Mid Staffs NHS Trust following the scandal on patient care and mortality.
