Beccy is KPMG in the UK’s Head of Health and Human Services practice that supports healthcare, local government, housing and charitable organizations across audit, tax, deals and consulting.

As Global Co Lead for Care System Redesign, Beccy collaborates with the KPMG global network on a suite of approaches aimed at transforming health and care systems to help achieve better health outcomes for local populations, improve quality of care and help reduce inequalities, better staff morale and achieve greater value for money.

Beccy has over 24 years’ experience working for and with healthcare organizations including commissioners, providers, regulators, integrated care systems and governments. Prior to joining KPMG, Beccy worked for the National Health Service (NHS) for 14 years where she was an Executive Board Director for 10 years holding posts such as Deputy CEO, CFO, DoF, Turnaround Director and Director of Strategy and Transformation.

During her time as CFO in the NHS, Beccy led her Trust’s successful application to become one of the first NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, led the first ever NHS M&A and the subsequent successful clinical, operational and financial turnaround of a large acute hospital and was part of the NHS Board voted “Hospital of the Year” by the Health Service Journal. In her last 18 months in the NHS Beccy was asked by the NHS Regulator to become part of the Executive team leading the improvement and transformation of Mid Staffs NHS Foundation Trust.

Beccy leads the most complex healthcare transformation projects working with system leaders, regulators and governments in the UK and internationally to transform the way care is provided and paid for using digital solutions and assets to accelerate the transformation journey.
