Mark has spent 15 years helping clients to understand the impact of their decisions. He has a background in options analysis, critical thinking and strategy and specializes in solving new problems which don’t have a defined methodology. He has a track record of developing new approaches to strategic challenges and has won awards for this work. Mark is interested in innovation and disruption of business models and has written on subjects as diverse as the future of grocery, better operational strategies for hospitals, and the impact on business of Britain leaving the European Union.
