He has more than 20 years of experience in the area of corporate finance in debt and equity transactions. Ruben has advised companies in various industries in the structuring, promotion, negotiation and closing of transactions of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Within Energy and Natural Resources Sector he has provided services and has been the counterpart of companies operating in the following industries: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Mining and Water. Ruben is a member of the Committees of Energy and Finance Corporate of the Finance Executive Mexico Institute (IMEF for its acronym in Spanish).
