Wu Hong has over 20 years of Singapore and regional tax experience in the areas of tax incentive applications, cross-border transactions, merger and acquisitions, tax compliance, consulting and planning for local and multinational companies, as well as consulting for the public sector.
Wu Hong has advised numerous multinational clients in connection with the evaluation of tax efficient alternatives, including planning and implementation of global supply chain strategies, group reorganizations, acquisitions and disposals, and intellectual property bifurcation.
His experience covers a wide range of industries including infrastructure, oil and gas, retail, real estate, hotels, construction, shipping, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and information technology.
In his role as Head of Enterprise, Wu Hong focuses on advising innovative start-ups, large local businesses and helping family businesses to grow. He has contributed articles in academic journals and leading business publications. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and has provided comments and articles on Tax and Enterprise related issues to the media.
