Anthony's career has taken him far – right around the world in fact. Of the 20-odd years he has been at KPMG, he has spent four in Russia. He has also worked in China, Singapore, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, not to forget the United States. Anthony was a Partner in KPMG’s Transaction Services prior to leading the firm’s Data & Analytics team, which includes analytics, information management and modelling capabilities nationally.

He has learnt the importance of understanding and buying into the journey you are on. “Otherwise we are just passengers on a bus.” For him, it’s about aligning the ‘where’ you are going with the ‘why, what, how and when’. “It helps get the most from people and increases the buy in and value along the way.”

Anthony is passionate about leveraging people’s strengths. Part of that is recognising his own capabilities – and weaknesses. “I’m the first to admit I’m not perfect and always learning.” Anthony’s young family is a critical part of his life. “My kids are a great leveller for me and a clear priority. In my spare time I do what my kids want me to do!”
