He has a prior faculty appointment in the Department of Radiology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences - School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland. As a clinical intelligence and telehealth specialist in the KPMG Global Center of Excellence for Health, Dr. Bakalar consults with Healthcare, Telco and medical device clients internationally on market readiness, shared services, innovative data analytics, mHealth and consumer engagement solutions.
