KPMG in Spain
Pablo joined KPMG in Spain in 1995 and has been a partner of the firm since 2004. He was appointed Head of Forensic for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMA) region in 2006, and since 2010 he has been the Partner in Charge of KPMG Risk Consulting for EMA overseeing 14,000 professionals in this region. He created the Forensic department at KPMG in Spain in 1997, which currently has over 100 professionals dedicated exclusively to engagements in the Forensic area. Pablo specializes in providing independent expert services in arbitration and litigation proceedings in all manner of economic and financial situations, and in the past 18 years has defended reports before the courts and acted as independent expert in over 200 accredited cases both domestically and on an international level. He has lead and carried out numerous international Forensic projects in countries such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Argentina, Andorra, Switzerland, the United States, Mexico, the Congo and Indonesia. He has been recognized as one of the top expert witnesses several times by the Global Arbitration Review’s Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration.
