Greg has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and over 25 years of experience providing taxation services to the public and private sector. He is an active member of KPMG National BCRE Industry Group, the firm’s International Tax group, the firms’ Mergers & Acquisitions group and the Committee formed to review the potential application of the general anti-avoidance rule to planning developed by all offices in KPMG. He has extensive experience helping global Fortune 500 companies protect their critical business information by helping to align their most important business processes with supporting technologies and foundational risk management elements. Greg has a strong background in the areas of Information Management and Information Security, with particular specialization in the fields of IT risk management and business enablement. He has been a frequent spokesperson for the firm on technology security and privacy trends and the impact on cloud, digital and mobile business strategies. Greg was most recently featured on Fox Business and Bloomberg News and co-moderated with Malcolm Marshall “NACD Boardroom Agenda: Cyber,” the first Global Cyber Summit for corporate Board of Directors.
