For example, KPMG in Canada has partnered with a national not-for-profit organization to better utilize the talents of persons with disabilities. To foster a more inclusive environment, KPMG in Canada initiated the use of a Disability Inclusion Index to help create a more accessible workplace by appreciating the intellect, perspective and innovative spirit that persons with disabilities contribute to the workplace.

KPMG in the UK's WorkAbility Network for people with a disability or those who care for a family member with a disability offers support and guidance, and connects its members to external sources of information and support.
