Ross is a Managing Partner and leads our Consulting Services, where he advises clients on complex business and IT programmes and projects. Ross brings over 34 years of hands on multi-sector experience, gained across both emerging and mature markets encompassing Europe, the Middle-East, North-America and Asia Pacific.

  • Group CIO and executive board member for a fortune 250 enterprise, executing a global multi-year, multi-million dollar transformation programme, leading a team of 1500+staff supporting 100,000 plus
    users. The programme covered all aspects of business modernisation: Finance Transformation, Organization Design, Portfolio Restructuring, Procurement, Finance, Lean Continuous Improvement, HR, Sales, Audit & Risk and Manufacturing, as well as IT enablement including: Infrastructure, Data Centre, ERP, OA, ITSM, Desktop & E-Learning applications over a 6-year period.
  • CEO of a multi-billion dollar division of a fortune 250 company, employing 16,000 staff with interests in global assets of $6.5bn. Tasked with reversing the multi-million dollar decline of the company, and developing and delivering the restructuring plan for domestic businesses in preparation for either reverse integration into a newly acquired international business or carve-out and disposal.
  • European IT Director, executing the integration 14 European businesses & rationalising infrastructure into asingle shared service centre, whilst introducing new systems to support a major re-organization of Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, Distribution and Customer Services.
  • Group Chief Strategy Officer leading the development of a global  company wide strategic plan, articulating the path necessary to double the size of the company and restructure to compete in the Life, Material and Environmental sciences industries
  • Advised the board of a global fortune 100 conglomerate on its integration programme planning for newly acquired European entities
  • Advised an Asian fortune 250 commercial bank on its risk management systems/processes and future best practice blueprint
  • Advised a leading Local Authority within the UK developing a new IT enabled customer centric business model, the first of its kind in the UK
  • Advised two oil companies, constituting the oil industry in a country in the middle-east, on their integration and transition programme planning
  • Advised the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund, located in the middle-east, during its business and IT performance improvement programme
  • Advised a major UK infrastructure client on IT organizational change and rationalization of its architecture, applications and supplier portfolio over a 3-year period.
