About the Job

To support business growth, KPMG is looking for a talent to join the team as a Marketing Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Marketing Manager allocates company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels. He or she works at both poles of his/her job title, as well as where marketing, branding and communications duties intersect.
The marketing management side of the job may involve the development and refinement of marketing goals, strategies, thought-leadership activities and branding in consultation with marketing staff and clients. He or she is also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends, to direct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies while worked in conjunction with professional staff across 4 offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang and Phnom Penh.
  • Responsible for the creation of client-facing communications, including website, social media, KPMG Central, Public Relations and media relations.
  • Facilitate business growth and client engagements by researching and developing marketing tools and material.
  • Act as the gate-keeper of the KPMG brand.
  • Facilitate alignment of brand messaging across KPMG’s across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • Develop event strategies, reflective of business and marketing goals.
  • Manage external events; assist with other internal events as requested.
  • Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables (including communications and support materials).
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Assist with Firm wide CSR initiatives
  • Assist KPMG Alumni initiatives
  • Oversee and directed the efforts of the marketing team


  • University graduate in General Management, Marketing, and Business Communications or equivalent.
  • Post graduate completion is desirable
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Marketing, preferably B2B
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of 360 degree marketing skills and techniques
  • Demonstrated good industry knowledge
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications in both English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to make and sustain meaningful relationships with clients & colleagues
  • Demonstrated supervisory and teamwork experience
  • Well established understanding of business dynamics and operations
  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Demonstrated “can do” attitude with fast learning ability
