We are seeking a high performing Legal Manager to join our Legal Services Team. The caliber of our clients and business practices will give you the opportunity to strengthen your analytical skills, effective communication skills and project management skills as you help our clients implement their business plans in Vietnam.


  • Preparing and providing advice/opinion on all aspects of Vietnam laws related to the clients’ business and investment
  • Assisting clients in handling all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for inbound and outbound investment, business operation, immigration and internal global mobilization
  • Drafting, reviewing and preparing all types of corporate, investment and business related agreements and documents
  • Representing the clients in liaising and working with the relevant authorities to seek related information and handle regulatory issues
  • Developing and maintaining client relationship
  • Mentoring and coaching legal assistants


  • Bachelor Degree in Law (Post-graduate education in related fields is an advantage)
  • At least 05 years of relevant experience at reputable international consulting firms / law firms
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills
  • High ability to work independently and in a team
  • Very good leadership skills for team work organization and management
  • Extensive experiences in managing expectation of relevant parties
  • English fluency is a must
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, and other regular office software
