Employee Engagement Officer

Location: Ho Chi Minh

 

Report to: HR Director, Vietnam and Cambodia

We are seeking a high performing Employee Engagement Officer to help drive our market differentiating “people culture” at KPMG. You will work with business leaders and employees to come up with innovative engagement initiatives to ensure that KPMG is a “happy, healthy and safe” working environment for all employees across the Firm.

 

This is a generalist role within a high performing HR team, with great career advancement opportunities.  

 

Responsibilities:

-       Drive reward and recognition through “Star Rewards Program”. Maintain the rewards portal and providing employee support and assistance

-       Enhance employee engagement through firm-wide “People Passion” programs including business leader forums, high impact engagement events, sporting activities, and diversity programs that reach all employees

-       Help support and drive firm-wide CSR programs to promote socially responsible activities

-       Promote other trade union activities together with Firm trade union representatives

-       Provide analytics reports on effectiveness and success of the above programs

-       Support in developing and delivering other related services with HR Team such as L&D and Recruitment as and when required

 

Requirements:

-       Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Marketing preferred

-       2 – 3 years experiences in people engagement role in multinational companies

-       Independent and proactive in People Passion, able to lead the Employer Branding topic – working closely with Recruitment and Marketing

-       Excellent English communication skill and computer high literacy

-       Strong human sense with good people interaction skills

-       Detail-focused and careful characteristic

-       Sense of fun and enthusiasm to help energize team members

-       Able to travel for business on request
