CRM Functional & Technical Consultant

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Our Customer Experience practice delivers a number of service lines that are customer centric, including but not limited to:

—   Customer experience

—   Customer 360

—   CRM design & implementation

Our core client base cuts across all industries from financial services, retail, manufacturing, professional services, etc.

We are currently recruiting for specific CRM functional & technical Solution Consultant (Manager Level).  Successful candidates will be responsible for:

—   Working with Consulting Partners / Directors to delivery CRM implementation projects

—   Acting in the various project roles
depending on skill and experience: CRM Functional / Technical Lead, Team Lead,
Project Manager

—   Execute end-to-end implementation activities including the following but not limit to:  Define Customer Experience Strategy à Design à Build à Implement à Go-live à Post implementation support.


We expect that the successful candidateswill have

—   Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus

—   Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with one of the following CRM technologies:  Microsoft CRM, Oracle CX, Salesforces, SAP C4C

—   Expert knowledge in given technology for Customers, Sales, Marketing process and modules

—   Expert knowledge of full CRM implementation cycle

—   Possess relevant experience in similar role for a minimum of 3 full scale end-to-end implementation projects

—   Moderate knowledge of the CRM technology landscape

—   Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically around MS Word and MS PPT

—   Ability to think laterally and creatively
