Results of the Q3’15 Venture Pulse report found that venture capital investment continues to rise. In Q3-2015, venture capital (VC) backed companies raised $37.5 billion dollars in investment. This brings total VC investment for 2015 to $98.3 billion in the first three quarters of the year alone. That’s 11 percent more than all of the VC-backed investment in 2014, and 100 percent higher than all of the VC-backed investment in 2013.
