Extension of deadline to submit data to register of beneficial owners
The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property—with a view to updating the register of beneficial owners on the basis of the upgraded digital platform—announced the extension of the deadline to submit beneficial owners details, for all companies and other legal entities, to 31 March 2024.
After this date, non-compliant companies and other legal entities will receive penalties.
