The Minister of Finance published amendments to the rulebook on value added tax.

The Minister of Finance on 2 November 2023 published amendments to the rulebook on value added tax (VAT) in the official gazette no. 96/2023.

The amended rulebook applies as of 1 January 2024.

The amendments relate to the manner of keeping records by sellers (i.e., VAT payers) on passenger requests for VAT refunds.
