Proposed extension of list of taxes payable to tax micro-accounts

The Ministry of Finance published a draft regulation extending the list of taxes payable to individual tax micro-accounts effective 1 January 2024 to also include:

  • Value added tax (VAT) on intra-community acquisitions of motor fuels
  • Corporate income tax on income of family foundations
  • Lump-sum tax on foreign revenue of individuals moving their place of residence to Poland
  • Gambling tax and fees under the Gambling Act
