An updated version of the National e-Invoicing System, adjusted to support the FA(2) logical structure

Updated version of national e-invoicing system

The Ministry of Finance made available an updated version of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), adjusted to support the FA(2) logical structure.

Businesses using KSeF are only allowed to issue invoices according to the FA(2) structure (which replaced the FA(1) logical structure) beginning 1 September 2023.

The updated KSeF is intended to facilitate a smooth transition to mandatory e-invoicing scheduled for 1 July 2024.
