Treasury Secretary: Statement on possible tax reform

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was widely reported to have said today that the administration's tax plan would be released “very soon.” The administration previously indicated that its first full budget would be released in May 2017.

Mnuchin also stated that the cost of the tax plan would largely be offset by economic growth and the benefits of dynamic scoring rather than specific tax increases.
