  • In the first half of 2018, blockchain investment in the U.S. exceeded the total investment seen in 2017, led by $100 million+ funding rounds to R3 and Circle Internet Finance

  • Payments companies see strong exits during Q1 and Q2’18 with the successful IPOs of EVO Payments and GreenSky, in addition to the U.S.-based Vantiv’s $12.9 billion acquisition of U.K.-based WorldPay.
