2016 NAFE Top Companies

For the sixth year in a row, KPMG has been recognized by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) for its commitment to advancing female executives, garnering a Top 10 ranking on the prestigious Top Companies for Executive Women list. We received especially high marks for programs that support women's advancement, as well as our firm's culture and work/life programs.

DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity

DiversityInc has once again named KPMG one of its 2015 Top 50 Companies for Diversity. This marks the eighth consecutive time KPMG has been recognized by DiversityInc for our commitment to building and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workplace. We also made several Specialty Lists, ranking: No. 5 among the Top 10 Companies for People with Disabilities; No. 8 among the Top 10 Companies for Supplier Diversity; No. 7 among the Top 10 Companies for LGBT Employees; No. 2 among the Top 10 Companies for Mentoring; and No. 5 among the Top 10 Companies for Employee Resource Groups. 

Training Magazine's Top 10 Hall of Fame

Working Mother 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers

Working Mother magazine has ranked KPMG on its 2016 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers. It's the 20th year we've been on the list, and the fifth since we were first inducted into the magazine's Hall of Fame.

For the seventh consecutive year, KPMG has been ranked as one of Working Mother magazine's Best Companies for Multicultural Women. Among the categories in the study KPMG placed highest were our company culture; recruitment, retention and advancement programs; representation; and hiring, attrition, and promotions.

Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index

KPMG has once again received a perfect score - 100 percent - in the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work Survey, making this the 12th time our firm has achieved a perfect score.
