Patricia is a Management Consulting partner in KPMG’s Federal Advisory Practice with more than 24 years’ experience in advising both Government agencies and Commercial organizations. For the last twelve years she has advised and led the Department of Defense Military Services and Agencies on global business and financial management transformation programs driving change to organizational governance, business and financial processes and controls, business risks, organizational change, and technology and developed and delivered uniquely tailored methodologies and solutions that leverage KPMG commercial methodologies and leading practices into the federal sector. She possesses an extensive and detailed understanding of these organization’s mission, operations, and overall business environment as well as the fundamental knowledge in their business processes in order to drive business transformation.
