Nikki Reid has substantial experience leading and coordinating advisory engagements with a focus on financial-management process-improvement services. She helps clients achieve or maintain compliance, while streamlining operations through the use of tools, techniques, and technology. A managing director in KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice, she leads KPMG’s federal financial management service network and many of KPMG’s financial-management projects with Federal Civilian and Legislative Branch agencies. She also has provided subject matter expertise and guidance with respect to federal financial statement and account analysis, accounting for property plant and equipment (PP&E), budget execution and formulation processes, reimbursable agreements, cost accounting, financial system conversion, and data-quality review. She is a certified public accountant in Washington, D.C., and Virginia, a certified government financial manager, and a certified internal controls auditor.
