Howard is a partner in the Financial Risk Management (FRM) practice in KPMG LLP’s (KPMG) New York office. In his 32-year professional career, he has provided audit, regulatory, and risk advisory services to various financial institutions, primarily investment banks, commercial banks and investment companies. He currently has responsibility for coordinating services as lead partner for several large financial institutions. He leads KPMG’s Dodd-Frank work streams for Title VII (derivatives regulation), Volcker Rule, and the Department of Labor’s Fiduciary Rule.
