As the leader of KPMG’s system integration group, I am focused on delivering cloud transformation, cloud integration, and IT strategy solutions. I also manage KPMG’s Cloud Integration Framework, a leading practice enterprise integration solution that simplifies and accelerates delivery of integration solutions.

Engagement Experience

  • I enabled a cloud transformation at a leading non-profit organization. I led the project that provided leadership, architecture, and development skills for their Dell Boomi implementation. The integration solution supported their hybrid architecture – SaaS, private cloud, and legacy on premises applications.
  • By leveraging the KPMG Cloud Integration Framework, I designed and implemented an integration solution to support a Coupa e-procurement implementation for a Public Utility. The solution included integration into a back end SAP ERP.
  • Lead architect and program manager for a global manufacturer of heavy equipment. The solution architecture leveraged Dell Boomi iPaaS to transform their global trade practice, enabling the cloud based global trade platform to access data across a global footprint of over 20 ERP varying applications.
  • Served as integration architect and technical lead for a large east coast public utility’s Smart Grid implementation, responsible for designing, managing, and implementing a webMethods integration solution to support a Meter Data Management (MDM) implementation. Additionally, I provided technical guidance and direction on data conversion, infrastructure, and testing processes.
  • As the lead architect and project manager for a large life sciences company, I led the design of the target state IT solution for automating a global compliance process. I was responsible for analyzing both the current state business and technical solutions and developing a target state solution, implementation roadmap, and solution business case to enforce regulatory compliance across dozens of systems, numerous countries, and hundreds of users.
  • As the Technical Lead and Project Manager at an EPC company, led the design, development, and implementation of a custom, web-based, supply-chain automation solution. The solution provided process orchestration via BPM and user access through a responsive, web-based, mobile-capable, user interface.
  • Served as Implementation Advisor and provided PMO guidance for North America’s largest natural gas pipeline company during the design and development of a custom built gas pipeline transportation system. I was responsible for providing guidance and oversight on all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, QA, testing, deployment, management, and PMO functions.
  • Led a technical due diligence, of two retail software companies, for one of the leaders in the petrol and convenience industry looking to expand their product portfolio through acquisition. The activities included a technical analysis of the software companies’ various products across numerous data points including platform technologies, extensibility, scalability, stability, interoperability, modularity, standardization, functionality, path to consolidation, and future feasibility.
  • Conducted a due diligence assessment of a managed web service application, for a mid-tier airline. The assessment required identifying, understanding, and quantifying the impact of migrating their existing application layer to a new platform. As part of the engagement, I conducted detailed technical discussions with IT leadership from various companies, assess their individual impacts, and develop an independent recommendation
  • Provided guidance and direction on Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) to the chief architect at a leader in the petrol and convenience industry. The guidance included the direction of the enterprise architecture, IT roadmap alignment with business goals, and SOA platform system selection.
  • As a part of a product development campaign, at a large MSO, to rollout a commercial surveillance and automation solution, I provided governance, advice, and support to the product development team. During product trials and vendor pilots, I provided assistance across all areas, including requirements definition, field ops coordination, tech ops coordination, product-lifecycle process design, coordination of sales & marketing, data analytics, customer communication, implementation oversight, and executive readouts.
  • As part of a new Marketing Operations team at a large MSO, I developed data analytic procedures and identified tactics to track the success of online marketing campaigns and the efficiency (ROI) of various marketing tactics. I was responsible for identifying the online marketing strategy and tactics to promote the priority products and product features. Additionally, I was responsible for creating leadership and executive level reports from the numerous data sources to highlight the challenges, opportunities, and effectiveness of the various online marketing campaigns.
  • Identified and tracked web-based product awareness tactics for a large MSO that was deploying two new products, home security and a television based video conferencing. The awareness tactics took advantage of existing online assets, online videos, and social media. The reporting included data analysis of awareness, acquisition, and assistance metrics, as well as, competitive industry analysis and user surveys.
