Laura J Hay

Laura is a principal in KPMG's Insurance Practice and serves as the National Sector Leader for Insurance. Laura is also a member of KPMG’s Board of Directors, a member of the KPMG Foundation Board and a member of KPMG's Global Insurance Team. Laura has more than 30 years of professional experience in the insurance industry focused on audit, advisory and actuarial services including global US GAAP and IFRS conversions, Solvency II and ERM assessments, finance/ actuarial transformations and modeling services including model risk and control assessments and model validation work. Laura was named to Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting List in 2012 Laura is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.
