With over 13 years of experience in Federal, state, and local governments, Ken helps clients to be secure in the face of an ever increasing array of cyber threats. He advises clients on organizing, implementing, and improving risk based cybersecurity programs to meet increasing reporting requirements as well as counter increasing threats. Ken has experience in information system security, project management, system development lifecycle, pre/post implementation review, IT and business process audit, business process analysis, performance measurement, personnel and program evaluation, business planning, and regulatory compliance. He possesses a strong working knowledge of the current NIST, FIPS, FISMA, OMB, GAO, and FISCAM guidance.
