Paul Berkovi

Paul joined KPMG in 2006 and has since qualified as a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner. Paul specialises in advising companies experiencing financial or cash flow difficulties, creditor pressures and has worked on many business rescues and accelerated transactions. Paul works across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail, casual dining, real estate and pharmaceutical / life sciences.

Rob Croxen

Rob joined the KPMG restructuring team in 1998 and is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Rob is experienced in dealing with a range of lender/funding issues faced by businesses, and is regularly engaged by companies to assist with accelerated investment options and stakeholder management. Rob works across all sectors, but has recently focused on casual dining, retail, food production / distribution, real estate and healthcare.

Neil Gostelow
Neil Gostelow

Neil joined KPMG in 1997 and is a licensed insolvency practitioner and Chartered Accountant. Neil specialises in advising companies who have cash flow issues, and has worked on numerous business rescues and accelerated transactions across a range of sectors. Neil leads our specialist Asset Based Lending (ABL) / Invoice Finance (IF) team which provides support to companies and management teams whether that’s working with them to raise new finance or refinance their existing ABL / IF facilities or providing hands on restructuring advice.

Dom Pannozzo
Dom Pannozzo

Dom has been at KPMG for over 20 years, having qualified as a chartered accountant in the firm’s audit practice before moving to Restructuring in 2001. Dom is experienced in dealing with a range of lender / funding issues faced by businesses, and is regularly engaged by independent companies to assist with stakeholder management, refinancing and accelerated transactions. Dom works across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on Casual Dining.

Will Wright
Will Wright

Will has been at KPMG since 1999. Will leads the London Restructuring National Markets team and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring companies of all sizes across a wide range of sectors. He has many years of experience working with key stakeholders and businesses who are often faced with funder and supplier pressures as well as cash flow strains.
