KPMG in the UK has appointed Aidan Brennan as Head of Solutions.
In his new role, Aidan will lead the firm’s investments in new technology solutions and services for clients. He will also transform the way KPMG delivers advice to business, using new technologies, service models and the firm’s alliances. He replaces Karen Briggs, who has been appointed to lead the firm’s Brexit response.
Aidan was previously the firm’s global head of Management Consulting and tripled the practice’s revenues in seven years.
Simon Collins, Chairman of KPMG in the UK, said: “We have invested heavily to help clients seize opportunities, tackle the challenges they face, and improve productivity. Our experts are advising businesses on a wide range of issues ranging from currency volatility to providing immigration law advice. We are also seeing significant demand to help mitigate potential threats as diverse as cyber security, financial crime, and disruption from artificial intelligence.
“Aidan will lead in developing and delivering the solutions our clients need and will help us to achieve our growth ambitions.”
Aidan Brennan, Head of Solutions at KPMG, said:
"Clients are seeking insight and guidance as they face a period of prolonged economic and political uncertainty. We have a crucial part to play in helping them understand where the opportunities lie for their business.
“We’re already seeing strong returns from some of our recent acquisitions, such as Nunwood our international customer experience consultancy and Boxwood, which specialises in business transformation. The focus for the next financial year will be to continue to integrate our alliances and acquisitions into our business and achieve sustained organic growth.”
