KPMG Nunwood appoints Tim Knight as managing director

KPMG has announced the appointment of Tim Knight as managing director of KPMG Nunwood, its customer experience management business.

KPMG has announced the appointment of Tim Knight as managing director of KPMG Nunwood, its customer experience management business.

Tim joined Nunwood in 2002 and was appointed chief commercial officer in 2011. He was one of four founding partners who oversaw the successful transformation of the business from a full service insight consultancy to a specialist in customer experience and technology, which was acquired by KPMG in 2015.

In his new role, Tim will be responsible for people, client experience, strategy, growth and innovation. Key areas of focus for the next year will include:

  • Expanding the KPMG Nunwood Customer Experience Excellence Centre, which conducts research on over 920 brands worldwide to identify customer best practice. Its work was recently recognised by industry leading trade body, the Management Consulting Association, who awarded KPMG Nunwood the title of ‘Best Thought Leadership’.
  • The development of KPMG Nunwood’s Fizz technology, with support from KPMG’s technology practice. Fizz collates customer feedback with operational and digital analytics, then manages action, allowing businesses to quickly act and resolve customer issues and share best practice with colleagues.
