KPMG has appointed Richard Kelly as a new audit partner to its growing UK real estate team with effect from 6 November 2015.
Richard Kelly has been working within the real estate sector for over ten years. Most recently he was an audit partner and National Head of Construction Sector at BDO LLP, a role he was appointed to when he started at the firm in 2007. Richard was also lead partner for BDO in the Eastern region covering offices in Hatfield, Cambridge and Chelmsford.
Richard Kelly started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1989 as a graduate, working his way up to partner, before moving to RSM Robson Rhodes LLP and from there to BDO.
In his new role, Richard Kelly will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to grow KPMG’s real estate practice. Richard’s profile and knowledge of the sector means he will be an important addition to the team as the UK’s real estate market and the companies operating within it continue to attract global interest and investment.
