Simon Virley, UK Chair of Energy at KPMG responds to today’s publication of the CMA provisional findings into the supply and acquisition of energy in the UK:

“The Big Six may have come through this latest probe relatively unscathed.  However, bigger challenges lie ahead as they have to adapt their business models to new technology, find ways to improve customer service and earn an adequate return whilst selling less of the product they produce.”
