Stuart has more than 30 years of consulting experience, and has advised companies in the communications sector across a wide range of business issues. He has previously held roles at IBM, Adventis and PwC, and gained industry experience at BT, where he was Head of Business Economics.
Prior to advising KPMG, Stuart was Group Director of the Competition Group at Ofcom and an Executive Member of the Board before leaving in 2014. In this role Stuart was responsible for Ofcom’s work on the economic regulation of the sectors overseen by the regulator including the telecoms, broadband and post industries.
