William Wright and Mark Orton from KPMG were appointed Joint Administrators of Cermatco Limited ("the Company") on 9 April 2015.
Whilst being historically profitable, Cermatco has suffered from cash-flow problems. The directors have taken the necessary steps and placed the Company into administration.
The Joint Administrators are continuing to trade the business as a going concern whilst seeking a buyer.
Will Wright, partner at KPMG and joint administrator, said: "Cermatco is an advanced manufacturer working at the forefront of the ceramics industry. Given its proximity to Europe, skilled workforce and quality product offering, we are confident that there will be interest from the market and a buyer can be found to take the business forward."
