Commenting on today’s Chancellor's Budget, Will Hawkley, Head of Leisure at KPMG said:

"While many in the pub and bar industry will raise a pint to today’s penny reduction, some will still be looking for help from the next government in other areas.  With the minimum wage set to gradually increase to £8.00 over the next parliamentary period, the industry will hope for support in reducing red tape, business rates and VAT, in order to balance the books."
