Ahead of the UK’s ratification of the OECD’s Multilateral Instrument (MLI), which is expected shortly, HMRC have published a list of proposed changes to the provisional list of UK reservations and notifications under the MLI as made at signature.

A memorandum of understanding on the UK-Spain 2013 Double Taxation Convention’s Article 25 Mutual Agreement Procedure arbitration process has been published.

HMRC have published updated details of the UK’s Enterprise Zones. A number of new or extended areas have been added and these are treated as assisted areas from 16 March 2016.
