A forum to highlight the impact of pioneering women across a variety of disciplines.

Women in Aerospace, Defence and Technology is a forum that seeks to highlight the impact of pioneering women, rising stars and champions of diversity across a variety of disciplines; bringing together specialists to provoke conversation on the policies, decisions and technology that influence current events in our sector.

Our forum strives to be an inclusive, engaging and enjoyable opportunity to meet with others from industry, government, NGOs, academia, and other areas of Aerospace, Defence and Technology - not only from the UK, but the international community as well.

We meet regularly in a mix of large panel events and small group discussions to share ideas and experiences which contribute to development of thought leadership on key diversity and inclusion issues.

We also have an active internal network which meets on a regular basis to discuss relevant topics around Inclusion & Diversity. In recent sessions we have discussed the gender pay gap regulations in the context of the sector and the career paths of women within the industry.
