The Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices has now been published. It considers potential changes to employment practices to keep pace with modern business.
The independent review was announced by the Prime Minister in October 2016 and carried out by chief executive of the Royal Society of the Arts, Matthew Taylor. It was underpinned by three aims: to tackle exploitation; increase clarity on status and rights; and to bring the law on employment status up to date with modern working practices.
