The OECD has released the peer review document which will be used for assessment of the local implementation of the BEPS Action 6 minimum standard. BEPS Action 6 seeks to prevent the granting of treaty benefits in inappropriate circumstances. The peer review document includes the Terms of Reference which sets out the criteria for assessing the implementation of the Action 6 minimum standard, and the Methodology which sets out the procedural mechanism by which the review will be conducted.
Djibouti has joined the Inclusive Framework on BEPS and the Global Forum, bringing the total number of members to 97.
