Unlike the Intergovernmental Agreement with the US (IGA) that implements the US’s Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), charities are not excluded from reporting obligations under the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) requirements. The online forms to report scheme reference numbers for Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED), and Inheritance Tax (IHT) avoidance schemes are now available.

KPMG’s Global Tax Benchmarking Survey has now been opened. We would like to invite multinational tax leaders to take part and provide their perspective to enable us to benchmark tax departments of multinational organisations around the world. By participating in the survey, you will have the opportunity to gain exclusive access to the invaluable results of this study, which we expect to be the most comprehensive of its kind. The survey will take 30 minutes to complete, and your responses are confidential.

Annual reports need to provide more in-depth strategy discussion, backed by relevant operational KPIs so that investors can take a longer-term view of corporate health and performance, according to KPMG International’s second annual Survey of Business Reporting.

Real Madrid CF and Manchester United FC have topped the European table of KPMG international’s football clubs’ valuation report.
