KPMG is delighted to announce the appointment of Sebastian Habibi as a director in the healthcare corporate finance team. Sebastian will lead on the commercial and contractual issues which healthcare Commissioners and providers need to address to make new models of care work.
Sebastian joins KPMG from the Department of Health, where he was previously a Deputy Director leading national policy on procurement, contracting and payment by results in the NHS and most recently as Head of Social Care Strategic Policy & Finance.
In his new role, Sebastian will be working with Commissioners and healthcare providers, including GPs, NHS hospital trusts, the private and voluntary sector and social enterprises. He will be helping the NHS as a whole to develop commercial and financial arrangements to increase coordinated care delivery.
