Hot off the press, a leading global consultancy market analyst has recognised KPMG's HR consultancy capabilities and KPMG’s People Powered Performance approach in its recently published report.
It was especially rewarding to see what we’re achieving with clients using People Powered Performance acknowledged in the report. Our evidence-based approach to HR has been a real ‘light bulb’ moment in conversations with clients looking for help to understand the people-related complexities and interdependencies in their organisations – such as how changing one thing (e.g., rewards) can impact another (e.g., productivity). They really want to look at their people agenda in a joined-up way that’s not just intuitive, but supported by evidence.
Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory placed KPMG among the top three firms for 2014, following analysis of the relative breadth and depth of consultancy firms’ HR capabilities in the UK and Ireland. We are pleased that Kennedy has recognised the hard work of KPMG’s People Powered Performance team to evolve integrated service offerings as clients face a more demanding marketplace, especially when it comes to workforce planning and talent management. This feels like the icing on the cake for 2014 and we hope it generates further interest in KPMG’s People Powered Performance so that other businesses can benefit from this approach in 2015.
