Robert Bolton from KPMG's HR Centre of Excellence will bring to life KPMG's recent whitepaper by exploring the challenges HR functions face today. "The biggest criticism is that HR functions are more similar than they are different" say Robbert, "but in order to drive competitive advantage, HR must find its 'secret sauce' for each business that it operates in and this will be different for every organisation". To be differentiated and evidence based, HR needs to use and deploy HCM technology in new ways; ways that only cloud based solutions can deliver on.
